Binns-Counts Community Center
McClure River Valley Community Development Center, Inc.

We are a grassroots organization, established in 1974. We are committed to education and health care for all. We are directed by a board of directors and staffed by volunteers. We work in partnership with church, college, and community groups. 

We operate as the Binns-Counts Community Center.
